What you will do

• Build, validate, secure, and deploy LLM features, tools, and automations with product teams.
• Drive quality improvements through evaluations, user feedback, and data-informed iteration.
• Migrate prototypes to resilient, observable services with clear service-level objectives.
• Manage code assistant integrations including LLM code completion and PR review.
• Maintain regression and quality benchmarks to reduce hallucinations.
• Ensure features meet platform security standards with validation and audit controls.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work setup in Lithuania
• English: Proficiency required for global communication
• 4+ years in software development or machine learning with LLM and tool integration experience.
• Strong skills in Python, TypeScript, API development, vector search, and prompt engineering.
