What you will do

• Lead product demonstrations for key finance deals to support closing sales.
• Train and certify the sales team on finance products and sales skills.
• Collect and relay market and sales feedback to product teams for continuous improvement.
• Develop and manage a sales certification program impacting over 500 employees.
• Conduct market research on trends, client needs, and competitors to inform product and marketing strategies.

Requirements

• Fluent English and proficient Spanish.
• Based in or able to work onsite in Barcelona, Spain.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields.
• Proactive problem-solving and strong communication skills.
• Experience in consulting or finance/accounting companies is a plus.
• Familiarity with B2B SaaS products is advantageous.
