Focus on driving innovative creator strategies, aligning cross-functional teams, and optimizing campaign delivery for a competitive live-service title.

Location: Hybrid in Paris, France (Saint Mandé office with 3 days onsite minimum)

What you will do

  • Lead and mentor a team of three Creator Strategy Managers for Rainbow Six Siege.
  • Set direction for seasonal campaigns and always-on creator engagement.
  • Drive innovative creator strategies supporting gameplay, community stories, esports, and evergreen content.
  • Ensure alignment with brand, marketing, community, esports, and production leadership.
  • Manage campaign delivery, KPIs, timelines, and creative standards.
  • Improve operational efficiency and manage budgets responsibly.

Requirements

  • Location: Hybrid work with minimum 3 days per week in Saint Mandé office, Paris, France
  • Experience in creator/influencer strategy and digital marketing, ideally in gaming or live-service environments.
  • Leadership experience with ability to coach and develop others.
  • Strong understanding of creator ecosystems (YouTube, Twitch, TikTok).
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Genuine interest in Rainbow Six Siege, competitive shooters, or gaming communities is a strong plus.
