What you will do

  • Contribute to the development and optimization of AdTech solutions.
  • Work with modern Java/Kotlin within JVM-based architectures.
  • Collaborate closely with senior engineers, tech leads, and architects.
  • Participate in technical discussions and propose solutions to improve system performance.
  • Ensure high-quality code delivery and follow best engineering practices.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Middle Java Engineer.
  • Strong knowledge of JVM technologies, including modern Java and modern Kotlin.
  • Experience in AdTech, ideally with DSP (Demand-Side Platform) development.
  • Good communication skills and a proactive approach.
  • English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2).

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with high-load systems.
  • Understanding of system design principles.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms.
  • Experience collaborating with Senior, Principal Engineers, or Architects.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced and dynamic environments.
