hirify.global is an IT Services company seeking an IT Project Manager to join its dynamic team.

What you will do

• Drive key IT initiatives across infrastructure, platforms, software development, DevOps, and security.
• Coordinate with IT team leaders to confirm technical scope, dependencies, risks, and required effort.
• Translate business and technical requirements into actionable project plans for engineering teams.
• Manage execution timelines, monitor progress, and proactively escalate delays or blockers.
• Ensure project documentation, Jira structures, and Confluence pages are clear, complete, and updated.
• Work within agile and iterative delivery models while enforcing predictable planning and reporting.

Requirements

• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT project management within an engineering or technical environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, infrastructure concepts, DevOps workflows, and QA processes.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Jira mandatory).
• Ability to read, understand, and challenge technical requirements, architecture diagrams, and delivery estimates.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in the FX or fintech industry.
• PMP, Prince2, Agile, or Scrum certifications.
