We are an international FinTech product company in the online-lending sphere. We move fast, grow steadily, and are now looking for a proactive Project Manager who can structure chaos, loves working with data, and wants to influence the product every single day.

Your Responsibilities
• Lead projects that directly impact issuance, approval rates, risk, and retention.
• Act as a bridge between development, marketing, risk, and operations teams.
• Create clear tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results.
• Analyze data, identify weak points, and propose working solutions.
• Build reports, roadmaps, hypotheses, and improvement plans.
• Optimize processes and help the product grow faster.

Who We’re Looking For
• Preferably someone with experience in FinTech, lending, or financial products.
• With an analytical mindset and structured thinking.
• Confident in Excel and SQL (enough to validate data and draw conclusions).
• Proactive, organized, flexible, and good at communication.
• Someone who loves finishing tasks, not just “managing processes.”

Nice to Have
• Experience improving funnels: approval → issuance.
• Understanding of scoring, risk, and product metrics.
• Experience with hypotheses and A/B tests.
• Desire to grow toward a Product Manager role.
