What you will do

• Develop and own the global event strategy across all hirify.global Group brands.
• Manage a portfolio of physical, hybrid, and virtual events as a measurable marketing channel.
• Lead and coach the Event Marketing team, managing resources and capabilities.
• Plan and deliver major international live communication projects and digital formats.
• Ensure integrated 360° campaigns across PR, social media, content, brand, and digital channels.
• Manage budgets, vendors, and stakeholder relationships to optimize event ROI and KPIs.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Berlin, Germany
• Several years of experience in event project management, preferably in tech, SaaS, cloud, or hosting industries.
• Proven leadership experience managing teams or cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills in German and English.
• Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, CVENT, or similar event/CRM platforms.
• Willingness to travel for key events and thrive in a fast-paced international environment.
