What you will do

• Lead the platform engineering team, setting technical direction and strategy.
• Oversee project scoping, planning, and delivery, ensuring high engineering standards.
• Nurture team talent through feedback, performance reviews, and career growth support.
• Foster a positive team culture of ownership, empowerment, and autonomy.
• Equip the team with pragmatic and sustainable solutions, promoting engineering excellence.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as a DevOps/Infrastructure engineer, focused on complex cloud infrastructure.
• Strong recent experience in managing high-performing DevOps/Platform teams.
• Strong technical knowledge in cloud platforms, containerization, Infrastructure-as-Code, and modern DevOps practices.
• Ability to set technical direction without heavy hands-on coding.
• English: B2 required
