What you will do

• Lead development of hirify.global Integration Service connectors for complex third-party enterprise applications.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design and implement scalable frontend and API solutions.
• Drive AI innovation by integrating AI and intelligent agents into automation workflows.
• Produce high-quality, well-tested code adhering to best software development practices.
• Analyze and solve complex technical challenges with architectural recommendations.
• Work effectively in agile teams fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work based in Hyderabad
• 8+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale commercial services.
• Strong frontend expertise with React, Angular, or Vue and deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience building complex enterprise-grade UI projects with full ownership.
• Optional backend skills in Node.js, Express, Python, .NET, NestJS preferred.
• Knowledge of cloud environments, APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and core CS fundamentals.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance development productivity.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level (job posting in English)

Nice to have

• Full-stack development experience.
