Salary: 95,200 CAD – 142,800 CAD

What you will do

• Offer authoritative advice on identity and access management and RBAC.
• Manage large-scale identity and access management initiatives and oversee integration of services with new technologies.
• Lead operational planning for identity and access management, prioritizing and diagnosing incidents.
• Initiate and monitor actions to investigate and resolve problems in systems, processes, and services.
• Contribute to identifying risks in technical solution architectures and define secure system configurations.
• Coach colleagues, allocate tasks, and monitor performance to support learning and development.

Requirements

• Minimum seven (7) years’ experience in Technology, with five (5) years in enterprise security strategies and five (5) years in Identity and Access Management.
• Minimum two (2) years’ progressive experience in programming.
• Undergraduate degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Familiarity with standards and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2, and GDPR.
• Experience managing identities for humans, machines, and service accounts, including non-human identities for workloads, APIs, bots, IoT devices, and AI agents.
• Familiarity with OAuth 2.0, mTLS, JWT, workload identity federation, Kubernetes RBAC, service mesh identity, and understanding of how AI agents authenticate.
• English: B2 required.
• AGCO Category 2 Gaming Assistant Registration (initiated at offer stage).

Nice to have

• Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) certification.
