What you will do

• Deliver pre-sales technical expertise and demos to government and public sector customers.
• Advise on architecture patterns and use cases for hirify.global API and ChatGPT.
• Create and maintain documentation and FAQs for common technical questions.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to internal teams to influence product planning.
• Serve as first line for security and compliance inquiries, escalating complex issues.
• Collaborate with sales, policy, and governance teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Washington, DC, USA
• 7+ years in technical pre-sales roles with experience in government or public sector clients
• Experience with programming languages such as Python and JavaScript and working with REST APIs.
• Knowledge of IT security principles and compliance for B2B SaaS products.
• Experience delivering generative AI or ML prototypes and understanding cloud/network architecture.
• Strong communication skills to engage with senior leaders and technical stakeholders.

• Existing security clearance (not required but beneficial).
