What you will do

• Design clear and intuitive user experiences for B2B digital solutions including complex product catalogs and ordering processes
• Create responsive and mobile UX designs aligned with brand guidelines and design systems
• Develop wireframes, user flows, and interaction specifications in Figma for development handoff
• Lead user research activities and incorporate feedback to refine user experiences
• Collaborate with product management and developers to balance user experience and business requirements
• Document design solutions and rationale according to team guidelines

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Warsaw, Poland
• About 3 years of experience in UX design for web and mobile, preferably B2B or e-commerce
• Proficiency with Figma design systems and component libraries
• Experience with complex information architectures and multi-step user flows
• Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive design principles
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing
• University degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, HCI or similar

Nice to have

• Experience in medical or healthcare environments
• Good understanding of modern front-end development
