Salary: $192,890–$238,520 USD annually

• Build large-scale services for intake, enrichment, routing, and decisioning of abuse reports.
• Collaborate with UX design, research, data science, and product managers to improve abuse reporting efficacy and scale.
• Evolve moderation infrastructure to meet safety and compliance requirements.
• Leverage machine learning to solve complex problems at scale.
• Work within a diverse, high-performing cross-functional product engineering team.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid onsite in San Mateo, CA, United States.
• 5+ years experience with scalable infrastructure and distributed systems.
• 5+ years experience in Golang, C++, C#, Java, or similar languages.
• Experience with modern microservice architecture.
• Interest in safety systems and trust & safety domain preferred.
• Growth mindset and strong ownership mentality.
