What you will do

• Design, develop, and implement user interfaces for state-of-the-art AI agents.
• Build standardized UI toolsets and adapters for scalable applications.
• Co-define AI-native UI patterns, create design tokens, and manage shared component libraries.
• Implement robust real-time connections using Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSockets.
• Champion accessibility, ensuring all interfaces meet WCAG 2.2 standards.
• Architect and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage versioning, and define contribution guidelines for the frontend team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a Frontend Engineer on complex, data-rich web applications.
• Deep expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript for reusable, performant code.
• Experience creating and implementing Design Tokens and component libraries.
• Proficiency with Server-Sent Events (SSE) and WebSockets.
• Strong understanding and implementation experience with WCAG 2.2 guidelines.
• Solid experience with Frontend DevOps: CI/CD pipelines, release strategies, and version control.
• Ability to translate designs into pixel-perfect, high-performance client front-ends.
• Fluency in German is required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Design, or related field.
• Experience designing "AI-native" UI patterns.
• Experience with state management libraries (Redux, Zustand, Context API).
• Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Cypress, Playwright) and visual regression testing.
• Certification in Azure, AWS, or Google GCP.
