Salary: $200,000–$260,000

What you will do

• Build and scale top finance apps on iOS and Android impacting hundreds of thousands of users.
• Own end-to-end feature development across the user lifecycle, from onboarding to AI-driven coaching.
• Integrate with financial service providers (Plaid, Stripe, Tabapay) and internal APIs, handling sensitive financial data securely.
• Develop reusable components, design system elements, and feature scaffolds for multi-brand mobile platforms.
• Enhance mobile platform foundations, including build systems, CI/CD pipelines, and developer tooling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of mobile development experience building and scaling production apps on iOS and/or Android.
• Strong mobile architecture skills, including deep understanding of state management patterns and maintainable codebases.
• Demonstrated production app ownership, having shipped consumer-facing apps and managed releases.
• Solid foundation in iOS (Swift/UIKit/SwiftUI) and/or Android (Kotlin/Java/Jetpack Compose) development.
• Comfortable writing unit, integration, and UI tests, building quality in from the start.
• Skilled at working with REST APIs, handling async operations, error states, and building resilient network layers.

Nice to have

• Flutter/Dart experience or strong willingness to learn.
• Fintech experience with payment systems, banking APIs, or identity verification.
• Technical leadership ability to own complex mobile initiatives end-to-end.
• Mentorship skills to help level up the team through code reviews and technical guidance.
