Salary: $150,000 - $165,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Develop and execute a partner go-to-market strategy focusing on key market segments and partner types.
• Own and cultivate senior relationships with strategic technology and solution partners, driving co-sell motions and revenue growth.
• Identify and nurture new strategic partnerships and alliances.
• Manage and mentor a small team to achieve partnership goals, leading by example.
• Establish metrics and assess partnership effectiveness, making data-driven adjustments.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, Services, Marketing, and Product teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. for this fully remote role.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years experience in partnerships or business development within technology or SaaS.
• Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships that drive revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of customer engagement solutions and digital marketing landscape.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as required.
