Salary: $125,000-$145,000 per year

What you will do

Develop and maintain a comprehensive web strategy roadmap aligned with company goals.
Lead website redesigns, migrations, and new feature implementations as project lead.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project plans and schedules.
Track and analyze website performance metrics to inform optimization efforts.
Lead A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization initiatives.
Communicate project updates and facilitate alignment between stakeholders and teams.

Requirements

Location: Must be based in the United States (remote)
7+ years of experience in web strategy, digital project management, or website operations.
Strong understanding of UX principles, SEO best practices, and CMS platforms.
Proficiency with project management and analytics tools (Asana, Jira, GA4, Amplitude).
Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Knowledge of accessibility standards and web compliance (WCAG, GDPR).
Background in digital marketing, analytics, UX, CRO, or content strategy.
