What you will do

• Create AAA quality VFX respecting project’s technical and artistic constraints.
• Oversee visual development of VFX projects from inception to final delivery.
• Work closely with creative teams and producers to create visual concepts.
• Lead artistic and technical direction for the VFX team.
• Mentor and lead team members, promoting a collaborative and innovative environment.
• Maintain balance between VFX quality and performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the gaming industry, including VFX artist experience on an AAA project.
• Solid understanding of CG VFX in real-time engines and software rendering.
• Exceptional aesthetic eye and strong portfolio/showreel.
• Ability to work with different disciplines to deliver VFX aligning with art direction and enhancing game design.
• Experience creating particle effects in a real-time engine such as Niagara.
• Working knowledge of relevant software like Maya, After Effects, and UE5.

Nice to have

• Experience with Houdini & Embergen.
• Experience with different game engines and production pipelines.
