Fullstack Developer (Fintech)

TL;DR

Fullstack Developer (Fintech): Developing and optimizing scalable, high-performance applications for strategic banking technology projects with an accent on technical and operational support, and continuous improvement of development processes. Focus on analyzing existing software components, performing modifications, and collaborating in Agile environments.

Location: Málaga, Spain or Madrid, Spain (Hybrid – once a week in the office)

What you will do

• Provide continuous technical and operational support to development teams.
• Deliver high-quality development tasks on time and with attention to detail.
• Actively participate in the continuous improvement of development processes and outcomes.
• Analyze existing software components and perform modifications.
• Collaborate in Agile environments, using tools such as Jira and Microsoft Office.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders in the Wholesale Banking area.

Requirements

• English: Professional level required (C1)
• Spring Boot: around 4 years of experience
• WebFlux / Reactive Frameworks: around 2 years of experience
• Experience with OpenShift, MongoDB, Hive, Dynatrace, Oracle Database
• Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, Angular
• Expertise in Full Stack Development (Front-end & Back-end)
• Strong Unit Testing (JUnit & Mockito) and Integration testing skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Financial Products: FX, Fixed Income, Rates.
• Previous exposure to Wholesale Banking technology.
• Understanding of reactive sockets (RSocket) and Hexagonal Architecture.
