What you will do

• Own the design, development, and optimisation of high-impact web applications using NextJS, React, and TypeScript.
• Architect robust frontend systems, component libraries, and shared patterns that scale across multiple product teams.
• Collaborate with product, design, and backend engineering to define technical direction and ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
• Own performance, reliability, security, and test quality across complex user flows, from trading execution to portfolio management.
• Mentor engineers, elevate frontend quality standards, and contribute to long-term technical strategy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional web engineering experience with expert-level knowledge of React, NextJS, TypeScript, and modern web architecture.
• Strong experience architecting large-scale frontend systems, including SSR/ISR, caching strategies, advanced state management, and performance tuning.
• Ability to translate ambiguous product and UX requirements into clear technical plans and scalable solutions.
• Comfortable navigating cross-team collaboration, influencing stakeholders, and driving alignment on technical decisions.
• Hands-on experience with modern frontend testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library) and building reliable, scalable test suites.
