What you will do

• Design and implement control testing plans and methodologies.
• Communicate and monitor control gaps aligned with risk management processes.
• Coordinate assurance activities across multiple lines of defense and senior partners.
• Support assurance planning and prioritize testing activities.
• Lead test execution and manage senior analysts locally and overseas.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics to enhance testing through analytics and continuous monitoring.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Costa Rica (Heredia) as a home-based role.
• No visa sponsorship or relocation available.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3–5+ years experience in Internal Audit, Risk & Controls, or Compliance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and high personal integrity.
• Experience in scoping, executing, and reporting on control testing.
