What you will do
- Lead global social media strategy and content creation across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Grow and nurture a digital community through authentic engagement and interactive programs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to amplify brand and product messaging.
- Empower employees as brand advocates through toolkits and training.
- Track KPIs and optimise social media performance using data insights.
Requirements
- Based in an EU country with full remote work within Europe.
- 3+ years experience in social media, content, or communications in high-growth B2B SaaS, MarTech, or media environments.
- Strong editorial instincts and strategic thinking for segmented audiences.
- Experience building integrated social media plans and working in remote, matrix teams.
- Proven ability to grow communities and manage influencer/KOL activations.
- Data-driven mindset to track and optimise KPIs.
Nice to have
- Multilingual skills (French, Spanish, German).
- Background in journalism, content creation, or influencer-led campaigns.
- Advanced editing skills including motion design or video production.
- Experience with SEO, GEO, or analytics tools.
- Prior scale-up environment experience.
