What you will do

• Lead high-performing teams and drive automation-first engineering.
• Accelerate the move toward a software-defined, API-driven, secure, and self-service future.
• Support the strategy and roadmap for Infrastructure as Code, Software Defined Infrastructure, and Data Platform.
• Drive "API First" delivery and full automation of infra services on premises.
• Strengthen hirify.global’s cyber security through Zero Trust segmentation.
• Lead squads to successfully deliver on their purpose, empower them, and provide clear direction.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in various complex environments, with a minimum of 2 years leading multiple technical platform teams.
• Proficient in technical infrastructure, shared platform management services, cloud, life cycle management, release management, CI/CD pipelines, test automation, monitoring, and operational run activities.
• Demonstrated success in leading change projects within complex organizations and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Understanding of regulations and their impact on processes and systems, particularly in the finance and risk domains.
• Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex technical issues to a broad audience.
• Strong execution power and stakeholder/vendor management skills, adept at navigating politically sensitive environments.
