What you will do

• Maintain and implement the brand development roadmap across communication channels.
• Manage a multidisciplinary creative team including Illustrator, UX Writer, UI Designer, and 3D Motion Generalist.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and marketing teams on brand initiatives.
• Establish and maintain processes to support team objectives and brand consistency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in art/creative direction with a strong portfolio.
• Hands-on skills in graphics, illustration, motion, and 3D.
• Proven experience creating brands or products with measurable business impact.
• Experience managing teams across different creative disciplines.

Nice to have

• Experience implementing AI tools to accelerate processes or improve quality.
