What you will do

• Build and execute a unified technology and product strategy across the group.
• Develop long-term vision for architecture, platforms, integrations, and shared services.
• Lead group-level product strategy, discovery, and roadmap planning.
• Establish common engineering, product, and operational standards across teams.
• Oversee platform architecture, reliability, scalability, and security across entities.
• Guide and mentor CTOs, CPOs, engineering leads, and product leaders.
• Represent technology and product function at Board level and manage stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as CTO, CPO, CTPO, VP Technology, or similar senior role within fintech, payments, banking, or crypto.
• Strong background leading technology and product in a multi-entity or group structure.
• Deep understanding of platform architecture, engineering management, and regulatory readiness.
• Experience scaling distributed teams of 100+ specialists across engineering and product.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Russian.
• Confident communication at Board and executive level.
