What you will do

• Develop and maintain backend services for commerce including D2C and B2B sales channels
• Collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions using Typescript, DynamoDB, Redis, and AWS
• Design testable, secure, and well-documented code adhering to compliance standards
• Support customer care by troubleshooting and resolving user-impacting issues
• Contribute to DevOps practices including CI/CD pipeline configuration and monitoring

Requirements

• Must be located in the United States (remote US role only)
• 3-5 years of backend development experience with strong Typescript skills
• Experience with serverless AWS Lambdas, API best practices, and service-oriented architectures
• Knowledge of DevOps including CI/CD, monitoring, and operational alerts
• Pragmatic and delivery-focused mindset balancing short-term goals and tech debt

Nice to have

• Experience with online payments, PSPs, or digital wallets
• Experience building scalable commercial services for B2B or D2C commerce
