What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and product roles.
• Support sourcing for complex and senior-level positions (Affiliate, Promo, Heads).
• Search for and recruit candidates of different levels across multiple countries.
• Conduct pre-screens, interviews, and offer calls.
• Maintain candidate pipeline accuracy using ATS/HR tools, Asana, and Google Sheets.
• Research hiring trends in iGaming and related markets, collaborating with hiring managers and HR teammates.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in IT or product recruitment.
• Confident working with European markets.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
• Comfortable using ATS/HRM systems, Asana, Notion, and Google Sheets.
• Organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workable ATS.
• Experience in the iGaming field.
• Strong Boolean / X-Ray search skills.
