TL;DR

Principal Digital Deployment Manager (Dynamics 365): Leading a team to deploy a scalable, modern ERP solution built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Azure Integration Services for hirify.global dealers with an accent on aligning teams to program objectives, managing risks, and ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes. Focus on orchestrating delivery, fostering Agile culture, and driving digital capability deployment.

Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL, Peoria, IL, Irving, TX, or Scottsdale, AZ (USA). Limited travel (up to 25%) required. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Salary: $144,960.00 – $217,320.00

What you will do

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of existing deployment consultants and ongoing dealer deployment projects.
  • Organize and coordinate teams working on diverse aspects of digital programs for hirify.global Dealerships.
  • Carry the “Voice of the Dealer” into the Product and Engineering team for future deployment and dealer needs on MS Dynamics 365.
  • Serve as a collaborative leader and liaison, developing deep working relationships between hirify.global Dealers, System Integrators, and hirify.global product and engineering teams.
  • Lead and mentor existing team members to foster a high-performing Agile culture.
  • Identify, escalate, and track risks, issues, and cross-team dependencies to ensure projects run to committed schedules and expected quality.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 in a product, process, or deployment leadership role.
  • Understanding of ERP configuration, security, and integrations with related systems.
  • Knowledge of System product lifecycle management, including adoption and change management.
  • Ability to implement application software within an organization and help end-users perform specific tasks.
  • Proficiency in IT Program Management, including planning, organizing, monitoring, and controlling IT projects using appropriate technical resources.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required to deal with sensitive issues, develop others, or influence actions inside and outside the department.

Nice to have

  • Experience of building teams, processes, and organizational frameworks in relation to ERP and System deployments.
  • Working experience of deploying Microsoft D365 and leveraging Mavim, Leapworks, and Walkme.
  • Proven experience designing and implementing Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
  • Extensive experience in systems architecture, focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
  • Experience with Azure PaaS/IaaS services (Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, Azure Data Factory), Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, AI Builder), Integration Technologies (Azure API Management), Data & Analytics (Azure Synapse Analytics, Power BI), and DevOps (Azure DevOps).
  • Interest in AI transformation.
