Senior SRE (Retail)

Focus on ensuring system reliability, observability, and scalability in critical production environments, while driving continuous improvement in software delivery processes.

What you will do

• Ensure observability, scalability, and reliability of the Retail Platform as a Site Reliability Expert.
• Design, implement, and manage Kubernetes clusters for various use cases, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Perform updates to multi-platform Kubernetes clusters in critical production environments.
• Act as a subject matter expert and incident lead during incident response.
• Initiate and contribute to continuous improvement of software delivery processes and practices.
• Provide timely assistance and remediation during critical situations and production incidents, including on-call support.

Requirements

• English: C1+ required
• Proven track record of driving optimization of cloud services (data pipelines, storage, databases, caching layer).
• Expertise with major cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (CircleCI, Jenkins, Github, ArgoCD, Helm).
• Proficiency with Containers (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE & Linux Systems) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Strong programming or scripting skills (Bash, Python, Ruby, Java, Golang, etc.).
• Comfortable leading projects and collaborating with other development teams.
