Location: Remote within the continental US

Salary: $180,000 - $225,000

What you will do

  • Define and execute GTM enablement strategy across onboarding, training, content readiness, and skill development.
  • Create scalable programs and frameworks to improve consistency and predictability across GTM teams.
  • Partner with Sales and Revenue leadership to identify performance gaps and build targeted enablement solutions.
  • Develop role-based enablement paths and deliver ongoing training on positioning, messaging, and product awareness.
  • Establish coaching routines and equip managers with tools and insights to drive excellence.
  • Define KPIs and dashboards to measure enablement program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Must be located within the continental US.
  • 10+ years of experience in GTM or revenue enablement or related sales leadership roles.
  • Experience scaling enablement programs at high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise technology companies.
  • Strong understanding of modern sales practices, buyer journeys, and GTM motions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation skills, and executive presence.
