What you will do

• Architect, design, implement, test, and deliver scalable backend-focused fullstack products.
• Master and improve development processes, culture, and code base.
• Operate effectively in a hybrid engineering model ensuring code quality.
• Mentor others in development technologies, tools, and processes.
• Present and review designs internally and externally.
• Develop test strategies and automation frameworks to increase code coverage.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid work model in Tel Aviv, Israel
• 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep knowledge of object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, C++, C#, Ruby, or Python.
• Experience with web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, XML, JSON, and Ajax.
• Experience with database technologies like SQL, PL/SQL, and relational schema design.
• Experience in automated testing using Java, JUnit, and Selenium.
• Degree or equivalent relevant experience required.

Nice to have

• Experience building highly scalable web applications.
• Proficiency in high-level programming languages and web frameworks such as NodeJS, React, Angular, Express, or Hapi.
• Experience with Agile software development and test-driven development.
• Track record of top performance in previous roles.
