What you will do
- Engage with potential customers who have shown interest in hirify.global through marketing campaigns and events.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential and readiness for sales conversations, gathering relevant information.
- Initiate and maintain engaging conversations with prospects using phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Accurately update and maintain records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for lead generation and qualification.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a technology or software company.
- Proficiency in English and Swedish is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Understanding of the sales process and ability to qualify leads effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales and marketing tools.
