What you will do

• Design adaptive, user-friendly UIs for complex fintech and ERP applications across devices.
• Build and maintain Figma components, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Ensure visual consistency through style guides and design documentation.
• Conduct UX research and usability testing to validate design decisions and fill specification gaps.
• Collaborate with PMs, developers, and business stakeholders to implement scalable solutions.
• Apply AI UX principles and use AI tools to enhance ideation and prototyping.

Requirements

• Fluency in English is required.
• 4+ years of combined UI/UX design experience, especially in fintech, ERP, or complex B2B systems.
• Experience with design systems (Material UI) and balancing UX quality with technical constraints.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems including prototyping and user flows.
• Experience designing AI-powered interfaces and applying AI UX principles.
• Ability to work onsite in Paris, France.

Nice to have

• Experience working with Angular Material design system.
• Ability to work with limited front-end development resources and simplify technical solutions.
• Proactive approach to product definition during legacy system rewrites.
