What you will do

• Implement the design system roadmap, managing releases and migrations.
• Configure design tools including reusable components, tokens, Storybook, and automated checks.
• Assist product teams in implementing design systems and processes.
• Ensure design libraries are up-to-date and component coverage is maintained.
• Manage overall brand development for the company.
• Introduce necessary processes for collaborative organization of expert design work.

Requirements

• Experience building and implementing design systems in conjunction with frontend teams.
• Understanding of library performance, accessibility, localization, and versioning.
• Experience working with experts in UX writing, design research, product design, and Illustrator.
• Proven experience in building and creating brands.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving results within cross-functional teams.

• Skill in implementing AI to improve design quality or speed up processes.
