What you will do

• Mentor and supervise Product Owners and develop product roadmaps for RNG Casino.
• Oversee daily casino operations and ensure timely delivery of tasks and issue escalation.
• Streamline processes and manage tech requests and supplier roadmaps.
• Monitor KPIs, track game performance, and optimize product placement per market.
• Collaborate with Marketing, CRM, VIP, and tech teams to enhance product releases and player engagement.
• Work on A/B testing initiatives to improve user journeys and personalization.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Bucharest, Romania
• 3+ years experience as Product Manager or Casino Manager in iGaming.
• Strong knowledge of casino games, platforms, and player behavior.
• Proficient in data analysis and agile methodologies.
• Fluent in English.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills.
