What you will do

  • Define standard product configurations and translate system requirements into practical solutions aligned with product goals.
  • Manage clear and complete product and solution requirements, supporting hardware and software teams.
  • Contribute to product roadmaps and drive technical development aligned with market trends and customer feedback.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership during customer engagements and internal stakeholder support.
  • Oversee development execution ensuring delivery to scope, budget, and timeline with human-centred design principles.
  • Manage product baselines and oversee testing, verification, and certification processes.

Requirements

  • Location: Pretoria, South Africa
  • B Eng Electronic Engineering degree (essential).
  • 5–10 years’ experience in product or solution development within the Electronic Warfare domain.
  • Proven experience in systems engineering, product lifecycle management, or solution architecture.
  • Strong knowledge of product lifecycle management, requirements management, and systems engineering.
  • Ability to collaborate within multi-disciplinary engineering teams and project management skills.
