• Influence hirify.global's product direction and modern web development practices.
• Work closely with leadership to scale teamwork and processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years in software engineering and 1+ years in engineering leadership.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Experience with AI tools, LLM APIs, and AI-powered applications.
• Deep expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Node.js, and web fundamentals.
• Experience in product/SaaS companies.
• English proficiency at least B2.
