What you will do

• Design and implement distributed backend systems and APIs handling over 8k requests per second.
• Own architectural decisions and participate in system design reviews and incident analyses.
• Drive performance optimizations to improve reliability, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Leverage AI/ML tools to accelerate development and reduce operational toil.
• Mentor junior engineers and set technical direction on scalability and observability.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, ML, SRE, and client teams to align engineering with business goals.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience building production-grade distributed systems at scale.
• Proficiency in C# and .NET ecosystem with strong concurrency and algorithm skills.
• Strong SQL skills, preferably PostgreSQL, for high-volume transactional systems.
• Experience designing and scaling RESTful or GraphQL APIs and understanding CDN.
• Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform) and CI/CD tooling.
• Strong command of system observability, incident response, and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Effective communication and mentoring skills.
