What you will do

• Architect and maintain the full ecosystem for AI Support Automations, AI Astrologer, and AI Astro-Cartography features.
• Review user transcripts, identify knowledge gaps, and continuously expand the internal knowledge base.
• Improve intent detection, routing logic, and build automated solutions for top issues (e.g., billing, subscriptions).
• Build data pipelines aggregating quiz responses, purchases, astrology data, and reports for personalized conversations.
• Implement and optimize short- and long-term memory systems for AI.
• Create conversation starters, weekly horoscope flows, and personalized follow-ups, ensuring natural, human-like, and astrologically grounded interactions.
• Train the AI to interpret maps, planetary lines, and relocation meanings for Astro-Cartography.

Requirements

• 2+ years in automation engineering, AI engineering, or conversational AI development.
• Strong experience with prompt engineering, conversational flows, and LLM-based systems.
• Skilled in low-code or workflow automation tools (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make).
• Proven ability to integrate APIs and build stable data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of conversational UX, intent systems, memory, and rule-based logic.
• English: B2 required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker) for evaluating conversation quality and user behavior.
