What you will do

• Ensure observability, scalability, and reliability of the Retail Platform infrastructure.
• Design, configure, and manage Kubernetes clusters in critical production environments.
• Lead incident response and provide remediation during production incidents.
• Drive continuous improvement of software delivery processes and DevOps best practices.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to empower product development.
• Maintain high availability, disaster recovery, and security standards.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Montreal, Quebec, Canada
• English: Fluency required as working language
• Proven experience with Kubernetes, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and container technologies (Docker).
• Experience with incident management and ensuring zero-downtime production environments.
• Analytical mindset with ability to use metrics to drive technical decisions.

Nice to have

• Experience with multiple programming or scripting languages (Bash, Python, Ruby, Java, Golang).
