What you will do
- Act as a liaison to top-tier clients, including premium retail and institutional clients and high net-worth individuals.
- Identify opportunities to expand services and solutions to existing clients and prospect new markets.
- Manage wide-scale service issues and handle trade-related problems, including trade and margin analysis.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance client relationships and achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the delivery of services and solutions, ensuring timely and successful implementation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to analyze and escalate issues appropriately.
Requirements
- 10+ years in a Sales role in the Financial Services/Investment industry
- A valid business contact network to build a sales pipeline (HNWI, Private Wealth Management, Asset Managers, Fund Managers, Family Offices, and other private investors)
- Excellent knowledge of the securities market: stocks, ETFs, bonds, futures and options
- Proven experience in financial service sales and key account management providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong understanding of international business practices and cultural sensitivities
- Fluent English (additional languages will be an asset)
