What you will do

• Conduct onboarding reviews in line with KYC policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
• Analyze customer relationships, documentation, and transactions to detect suspicious or inconsistent activity.
• Identify high-risk clients and escalate complex challenges appropriately.
• Manage caseloads and communicate task status to relevant teams.
• Collaborate with sales to provide a smooth onboarding experience while meeting compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work hybrid in Sofia, Bulgaria
• University degree and proven experience in KYC and business client onboarding.
• Fluency in English and Bulgarian, articulate communication skills.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Experience working in a target-driven operational environment.
