What you will do

• Provide expert consultancy, technical leadership, and delivery assurance across client assignments.
• Lead discovery activities, assessments, and stakeholder workshops to develop transformation roadmaps and business cases.
• Shape pre-sales activities including bid responses, presentations, and strategic content development.
• Develop and evolve service offerings aligned with client priorities and industry best practices.
• Mentor and support specialists, deliver training, and build a professional community.
• Represent hirify.global through thought leadership, external events, and marketing content creation.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United Kingdom or able to work in a hybrid setup.
• Relevant delivery experience in IT service management, incident/problem/change management, automation, DevOps, and operational security.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills with senior clients.
• Ability to lead workshops, develop strategies, and support governance and risk assessment.
• Experience in mentoring, training, and community leadership.
• Proficient English language skills (B2 or higher).
