Community Lead (Web3): Lead the community strategy and engagement for a DeFi protocol, building and scaling online communities and organizing events with an accent on decentralized finance and crypto ecosystems. Location: Remote with 5 hours overlap with EST (US/Europe/Latam/Dubai)

What you will do

• Design and execute a comprehensive community strategy to drive engagement, education, and evangelism.
• Build, manage, and scale online communities across platforms like Discord, X, and Telegram.
• Lead creation of community content and organize digital and in-person events such as AMAs and workshops.
• Grow and empower on-chain users, developers, and advocates, translating feedback into product insights.
• Serve as a key public-facing representative and ambassador for the protocol.

Requirements

• Must have 3+ years experience in community management, marketing, or ecosystem roles in crypto or Web3.
• Crypto fluency with deep knowledge of DeFi, EVM, and Solana ecosystems.
• Proven success managing and growing online communities on Discord, X, and Telegram.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience planning and executing digital and physical community events.
• Must be able to work remotely with 5 hours overlap with EST timezone.
