What you will do

• Lead structured product discovery for Trading & Flex initiatives.
• Identify, validate, and prioritize new product opportunities across Trading, Flex Operations, and Consumer Flex.
• Translate commercial needs, operational constraints, and customer insights into clear product direction.
• Support Product Owners in shaping roadmaps with validated evidence.
• Align technical and non-technical teams to ensure shared understanding and decision clarity.
• Contribute to go-to-market readiness and successful feature launches.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid role based in Amsterdam, Netherlands
• Experience in product discovery, product development, or analytics, ideally in energy trading or complex systems.
• Strong analytical and conceptual thinking with ability to structure complexity.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with flexibility markets, trading algorithms, or portfolio management is a plus.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and turning it into clarity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Confluence and JIRA documentation tools.
• Collaborative mindset working across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
