TL;DR

Junior Motion Designer (Ad Creatives): Localizing and resizing high-performing ad creatives across multiple languages and platforms with an accent on visual quality, platform readiness, and performance standards. Focus on integrating translated copy, producing platform-specific resizes, and maintaining high quality across all deliverables.

Location: Remote. Applicants from any country are welcome to apply for the position as long as they are located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.

What you will do

• Localize high-performing ad creatives across 35+ languages, ensuring visual accuracy and brand consistency.
• Integrate translated copy into video and banner creatives with attention to layout, readability, and aesthetic balance.
• Produce platform-specific resizes for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Display, ensuring visual clarity and performance integrity.
• Maintain exceptionally high quality standards across all deliverables, ensuring error-free text, accurate alignment, and polished animations.
• Work closely with Lead Designer and Creative Producers to ensure smooth creative pipeline operations and matching messaging.
• Stay up-to-date with global advertising trends and adopt AI-powered workflows to enhance production.

Requirements

• Experience producing video or graphic assets using Adobe tools.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of layout, composition, visual hierarchy, and typography.
• Basic understanding of animation timing, spacing, and motion fundamentals.
• Ability to follow creative templates and adapt existing designs consistently across formats.
• English: B2 required
