What you will do
- Provide world-class technical support to worldwide customers.
- Analyze and solve technical issues using Linux skills.
- Troubleshoot, bug-fix, and track issues, collaborating with developers.
- Engage directly with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Contribute to product development with customer insights.
- Create Knowledge Base articles based on findings.
Requirements
- Must be in the EEST time zone.
- Proven experience in a security-focused support role, preferably with web application security.
- Experience with security utilities such as netstat, nmap, iptables, and control panels like cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk.
- Familiarity with popular CMS platforms such as WordPress, Joomla.
- Ability to investigate and resolve security incidents, including basic remediation of malicious code.
- Strong understanding of WAF, DDoS mitigation, and malware detection.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Availability to work in shift rotation, with priority coverage 3pm–11pm Kyiv time, and on weekends as part of a rotating schedule.
