We are Headway Institute — a language training center based in Dubai, UAE. For the past 13 years, we have been providing comprehensive educational services to students from around the world.
As we continue to grow, we are now looking for an Admissions Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process all incoming applications received via email
- Communicate with education agents and coordinate each stage of student admissions
- Prepare and send standard documents (provisional acceptance letters, invoices, confirmations)
- Maintain and update student records in CRM and internal tracking systems
- Track payments and record them in CRM
- Coordinate online assessments and teacher schedules
- Organize the ordering of study materials (books)
- Ensure study materials are delivered before the assessment date
- Send accommodation confirmations and other required document packages
- Arrange airport transfer confirmations and coordinate with drivers
Requirements:
- High level of responsibility and ownership
- Strong written English
- Good organizational and coordination skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and follow processes
