What you will do
- Overall management of the outbound Remote sales channel.
- Select, train, coach, and develop remote sales agents.
- Develop and execute strategy for initial remote sales processing of incoming leads, including qualification and segment setting.
- Oversee new client acquisition processes (Gform, risk scoring, KYC, boarding).
- Coordinate closely with field sales and key departments (Pricing, Risk, Reporting, Customer Success, Product Management, Client Support).
- Manage X-sell and retention campaigns for assigned client segments.
Requirements
- Higher education (preferably in finance, marketing, or business administration).
- Background in sales, with experience in B2B and acquiring sales.
- Leadership skills to manage cross-cultural teams.
- Proactive, results-oriented attitude with high levels of energy.
- Ability to work in cross-functional teams and build positive working relationships.
- English and German language proficiency required.
