What you will do
- Own customers' technical success with the hirify.global Platform.
- Collaborate with account teams to strategize and execute adoption plans returning exceptional business value.
- Provide new product and feature guidance and support for customer adoption.
- Proactively engage and influence customers, providing embedded technical advisory and guiding technical maturity of automation programs.
- Provide hirify.global Platform infrastructure, installation, upgrade planning, guided assistance, and troubleshooting.
- Enable technical stakeholders on hirify.global Platform best practices and conduct design/code reviews.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years experience in programming .NET / Java applications (C#, C++, VB, Java or Powershell), with SaaS and Cloud experience.
- Basic understanding of networking concepts such as Load Balancer, DNS.
- Basic understanding of cloud services (AWS, Azure or GCP).
- Relevant work experience with progressive responsibility in customer-facing, technical account management or technical consulting roles.
- Work experience to credibly communicate with and guide customers on diverse technical topics including software engineering, packaging and deployment, cloud technologies, and infrastructure engineering.
Nice to have
- Kubernetes (cluster management / managed services) awareness.
- Previous experience working with hirify.global, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Pega or Nice.
